If the practitioner website can't be loaded or it say "website can't be found" on the screen, please check following profile configurations first.
The same is the case for practitioner profiles not appearing correctly, i.e. day is empty.
1. Is a default address set for the user? (affecting website and practitioner profile)
2. Is the website turned on on website settings (affecting website only)
3. Has the URL extension been reset? Before the website works the URL extension needs to be reset, meaning the auto populated value needs to be removed and the wished URL ending, needs to be added. Even if it is the same as the auto populated one. (affecting website and practitioner profile)
