PROVISION 4.2 UPDATE
This is a combined update, so installing it will update either ProVision (human) and/or ProVision Animal - or both- to version 4.2, depending on which product(s) you currently have installed.
This update allows clients, scans, notes and recommendations to be synced with the Portal, enabling clients to view the scan screens (selectable by practitioner), the addition of client-friendly help files, summary screens, recommendations and the order status of Infoceuticals.
NES ProVision 4.2 software is for NES Health Practitioners use within their clinic environment. Please find below the instructions for downloading the latest update of NES ProVision (version 4.2).
NES ProVision 4.2 can be updated from any previous version of NES ProVision. If you are running the older NES Professional software, please contact your local NES Health office or distributor for advice.
Please fully read the notes/instructions prior to downloading.
It is advised to NOT begin the sync during your normal business hours, as the initial matching process may take a while if you have many clients (click “no” at the “Do you want to link your Portal and Provision clients now and sync your data” - just make sure to do this step later when you have time).
- ProVision 4.2 will NOT run on Windows XP, it will work on the following: Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10.
- After updating and running the latest software you may be presented with a message stating, "This software requires the .NET Framework." Please proceed with the download and installation of this as it’s required by ProVision.
- Only clients in ProVision with an email address (not duplicated) will be synced with the Portal. Note that an email address is required to allow clients to log in and see their scan results.
- Portal and ProVision clients will need to be linked before the syncing can proceed.
- The syncing can be turned off by going to "Settings" (from the ProVision home screen) and unchecking the option "Sync With Portal"
- When adding ProVision clients, additional fields are compulsory (if syncing is on) this ensures the necessary details are synced with the Portal.
- When syncing clients between the Portal and ProVision for the first time, it may take a while to complete. This is dependent on the number of clients and scans you have in both the Portal and ProVision and your Internet speed. If possible, the sync should be completed (for the first time) before ProVision is used for scanning, especially when installing ProVision on a new computer and syncing a large number (over 500) of clients from the Portal.

Please note that you will need to request a new license key from NES Support. NES is only providing license keys to existing practitioners.

ProVision 4.1 (OLD VERSION)

PROVISION 4.1 FEATURES
- EI Emotions removed from report, these items were previously removed from the Mind screen.

- Wellness rating – when the ‘Scan’ button is clicked a new screen will be shown which will ask for the following details: Most appropriate system for this client’s visit, severity of main presenting issue, description of main presenting issue, overall wellness rating. This information will be uploaded anonymously to our server so that it can be analysed in the future and provide statistics that we can promote.
- Aluminium, Nuclear Radiation and Blue Light now displayed in the correct order in the report screen
- Report screen fixes for page scrolling when comparing more than three scans
- Changes required to allow ProVision to display correctly on Japanese Windows
ProVision Animal 4.1 New Features
ProVision Animal has been brought in line with the human version of ProVision 4 (see below for a list of these changes), the following additional changes have been made:
- ET and ES screens added
- ER image from multiple screenshot function now includes picture of animal (previously only dots were visible)
- Backup/restore – animal names are now present in list of existing clients
- Scan item locations corrected based on feedback
- Animal name added to recommendations pdf file

BioSync Software (Previously NES Desktop)
The BioSync software is used for the update of the NES miHealth devices by either practitioners in their clinic or clients at home. The software also includes the functionality for allowing clients to remote scan from home. The BioSync software replaces the miHealth Desktop Updater software.
Windows version
- To download the BioSync Installation - click here.

- After the download is complete double click on the downloaded file and step through the on-screen installation instructions.
Mac version
1. Click this link to download the Mac version of BioSync: https://s3.amazonaws.com/nes-software/RELEASE/BioSync/BioSync.dmg
2. Open the downloads folder, wait for the download to complete.
3. Once download is complete ‘BioSync.dmg’ will appear, double-click this.
4. A new window should appear, drag the icon on the left named ‘BioSync’ into the applications folder shown on the right. Close the window.
5. Open the applications folder, search for ‘BioSync’, double-click to run.

Updating Your NES miHealth
1. Ensure your computer is connected to the Internet.
2. Open your BioSync Software (if you need to install it, please following the instructions above) by double clicking on the BioSync icon on your desktop.
4. Turn your miHealth on and connect it to your computer using the USB cable.
5. Click ‘Check for Updates’. Then click ‘Download’. Do not unplug, touch or use the miHealth once you’ve clicked ‘Download’ until the miHealth Updater says ‘Update complete’.
6. The update process will take a few minutes.
7. Please follow remaining on screen instructions to complete the process

Remote Scanning
The BioSync software also allows your clients to remote scan from home.
In order for your clients to remote scan at home, they will need either a NES miHealth or a NES Scanner device. Both of these can be purchased from the NES Health Portal (http://portal.neshealth.com).
